Compensation: $52,000 - $56,000 annually (DOE)

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join a growing property management team in the Myrtle Beach area. This hands-on role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, coordinating property-related activities, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring communities are maintained to high standards.

Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, residents, vendors, and contractors.
- Respond to inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Conduct routine property inspections and community walkthroughs.
- Coordinate maintenance requests, repairs, and vendor services.
- Schedule and oversee contractors to ensure quality work and timely completion.
- Maintain accurate records and updates within property management software.
- Prepare communications and documentation related to property operations.
- Collaborate with office staff to support daily operations and client needs.
- Monitor property conditions and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manage multiple properties, projects, and priorities effectively.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of property management experience.
- Experience using AppFolio, Yardi, or similar property management software.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and general computer applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
- Reliable personal vehicle and ability to travel between properties as needed.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
