Property Manager

Location: Myrtle Beach, SC
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Compensation: $52,000 - $56,000 annually (DOE)
Job Type: Full-Time

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join a growing property management team in the Myrtle Beach area. This hands-on role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, coordinating property-related activities, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring communities are maintained to high standards.

This opportunity is ideal for a dependable, organized professional who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, residents, vendors, and contractors.
  • Respond to inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Conduct routine property inspections and community walkthroughs.
  • Coordinate maintenance requests, repairs, and vendor services.
  • Schedule and oversee contractors to ensure quality work and timely completion.
  • Maintain accurate records and updates within property management software.
  • Prepare communications and documentation related to property operations.
  • Collaborate with office staff to support daily operations and client needs.
  • Monitor property conditions and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage multiple properties, projects, and priorities effectively.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of property management experience.
  • Experience using AppFolio, Yardi, or similar property management software.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and general computer applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
  • Reliable personal vehicle and ability to travel between properties as needed.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
