Yard Associate

Location: Troutman, NC
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM until finish
Job Type: Full-Time

About the Position

We are seeking dependable and hardworking Yard Associates to join our team. This position plays a key role in supporting daily operations by loading, unloading, organizing, and moving materials throughout the yard.

This is an outdoor position that requires working in various weather conditions and performing physically demanding tasks throughout the day. Candidates who enjoy hands-on work and being active are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, and organize materials throughout the yard.
• Assist with receiving, staging, and preparing materials for delivery
• Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with general yard duties and other tasks as assigned.
• Work closely with team members to support daily operational needs.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 60 pounds or more on a regular basis.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment.
• 3 years of forklift experience is a plus, but not required.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply.
