Warehouse Janitorial Associate

Location: Monroe, NC
Schedule: Monday–Thursday,
Shift: 1st Shift - 5:00 am to 3:30 pm

Job Overview

We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Janitorial Associate to help maintain cleanliness and organization within a warehouse facility. This role supports a safe and efficient work environment by ensuring all common areas are clean and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
• Dust and wipe down surfaces
• Empty trash and dispose of waste properly
• Restock cleaning and facility supplies
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to management

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial, custodial, or cleaning experience preferred
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and reliability

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Warehouse setting; some areas may be climate controlled
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting
• Ability to lift up to 20–50 lbs as needed
• Use of cleaning equipment and supplies
