• 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM
• Monday – Thursday
• Training Requirement:
  • Must be willing to train on 1st Shift (5:00 AM – 3:30 PM)
  • Training will continue until the employee is fully qualified for independent operation
  • Duration of training may vary based on production needs and individual progress

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Textile Machine Operator to support manufacturing operations at our Monroe, NC facility. This position is responsible for operating textile production equipment, monitoring quality, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Paid training will be provided on 1st shift, with the permanent assignment on 2nd shift.

This role is ideal for candidates who are reliable, detail-oriented, and interested in building skills in a manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate textile manufacturing machinery in accordance with established procedures
• Monitor equipment performance and product quality during production
• Load materials and remove finished product safely and efficiently
• Perform routine checks and basic adjustments to ensure consistent operation
• Identify and report any equipment issues, safety concerns, or quality defects
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all safety, quality, and production standards
• Accurately complete required production paperwork and documentation

• Ability to safely operate machinery after training
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to train on 1st shift prior to transitioning to 2nd shift

• Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods
• Ability to lift, push, or pull materials as required during the production process
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with noise, dust, and moving equipment
• Willingness to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
