Location: Raleigh, NC 27617
Pay: Starting at $20.00 per hour or higher based on experience
Schedule: Monday through Friday, starting at 6:00 AM. Occasional Saturdays may be required. Workweeks may range from approximately 45 to 60 hours based on production needs.

Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and experienced Table Lead to support roof truss production in Raleigh, NC. This role is responsible for helping guide daily work at the production table, supporting team members, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring trusses are assembled safely and accurately according to cut sheets and job specifications. The ideal candidate has hands-on truss, lumber, construction, assembly, or manufacturing experience and is comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support team members at the production table
• Help assemble roof trusses according to cut sheets, layouts, and job specifications
• Place and verify chords, webs, blocks, plates, and other materials in the correct positions
• Check work for accuracy, quality, and proper alignment
• Report damaged, incorrect, or poor-quality materials to a supervisor
• Assist with training new or less experienced team members
• Help maintain production flow and meet daily production goals
• Use basic tools such as hammers, tape measures, and other production tools
• Safely operate job-related equipment as trained
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all safety procedures and workplace guidelines
• Communicate professionally with supervisors and team members

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in truss building, lumber, construction, assembly, manufacturing, or production required
• Previous lead, trainer, or team support experience is preferred
• Ability to read and follow cut sheets, layouts, measurements, and work instructions
• Ability to use basic hand tools and measuring tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically active work
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed
• Comfortable working in an open-air production environment with possible exposure to heat, cold, rain, or other weather conditions
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required
