Landscape Installation Superintendent

Location: Longs, SC
Pay: $50,000–$65,000 annually
Job Type: Full-Time

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Landscape Installation Superintendent to oversee landscape installation projects, manage multiple crews, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. This leadership role requires strong communication skills, project coordination experience, and knowledge of landscape installation practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support 1–4 landscape installation crews, including direct oversight of one assigned crew
• Coordinate labor, scheduling, and daily work assignments
• Monitor job sites for quality standards, safety practices, and project specifications
• Coordinate materials and equipment needed for project completion
• Support irrigation, plant, tree, and sod installation activities
• Communicate professionally with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Assist with project planning, scheduling, and workforce coordination
• Support employee training and development

Qualifications

• 3+ years of landscape installation, construction supervision, or project management experience
• Knowledge of irrigation systems, plant materials, and blueprint reading
• Experience managing multiple crews and job sites
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record required
• Comfortable working outdoors and around landscape equipment
