Location: Myrtle Beach, SC
Pay: $16.00 per hour, with pay increase based on performance and successful completion of the introductory period
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule & Availability
Candidates must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
Store Hours:
- Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Sunday: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Occasional shifts at a nearby store location may be required based on business needs.
About the Position
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of a busy retail shipping and printing location in Myrtle Beach, SC.
This hands-on leadership role is responsible for managing store operations, developing team members, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting sales growth. The ideal candidate is a dependable leader who enjoys working directly with customers while creating a positive, service-focused environment for employees.
Responsibilities
- Lead, train, coach, and support team members to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Oversee daily store operations, staffing, scheduling, and workflow.
- Assist customers with shipping, printing, mailbox, and retail services as needed.
- Drive sales through customer engagement, upselling, and service recommendations.
- Monitor store performance and support operational and revenue goals.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and work toward effective resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment.
- Perform opening and closing procedures, cash handling, reporting, and other administrative tasks.
- Utilize company systems and technology for communication, reporting, and operational needs.
- Foster employee engagement, accountability, and professional development.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of retail management, customer service management, or related leadership experience.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop employees.
- Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working toward sales, operational, or performance goals.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office, email, and point-of-sale systems.
- Experience in shipping, printing, retail services, or a similar environment is preferred but not required.
Compensation
$16 per hour
