Job Summary

We are hiring a Sign Estimator for a custom signage company in Myrtle Beach, SC. This position is responsible for reviewing sign project requests, gathering job details, calculating costs, and preparing accurate estimates for commercial signage projects.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in signage, construction estimating, fabrication, printing, electrical signs, installation, or project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Review customer requests, drawings, measurements, photos, layouts, and project details
• Prepare accurate estimates for custom signage projects
• Calculate material, labor, fabrication, printing, installation, equipment, and service costs
• Coordinate with design, fabrication, production, installation, and sales teams to confirm project scope
• Help determine timelines, materials, production requirements, and installation needs
• Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and internal team members
• Track estimates, revisions, approvals, and project notes
• Identify missing information and request clarification when needed
• Support project handoff from estimate to production
• Help ensure estimates are complete, accurate, and submitted in a timely manner

Qualifications

• Estimating experience required
• Signage industry experience strongly preferred
• Experience with construction, fabrication, printing, electrical signage, or installation estimating is a plus
• Ability to read measurements, layouts, drawings, work orders, and project notes
• Strong math, organization, and communication skills
• Comfortable using computers, email, spreadsheets, and estimating or project software
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple quotes at once
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and internal teams
• Must be dependable and professional
• Must be able to work full-time, Monday-Friday
