Salary: $40,000 annually
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Position Summary
A well-established property management organization is seeking an experienced, professional, and dependable Receptionist to support its Myrtle Beach office. This position serves as the first point of contact for homeowners, vendors, clients, and office visitors while providing essential administrative and customer service support.
The ideal candidate has at least three years of relevant receptionist or administrative experience, excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a professional office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer, screen, and route incoming telephone calls professionally and efficiently
- Greet homeowners, vendors, clients, and visitors in a courteous and welcoming manner
- Respond to general inquiries and direct requests to the appropriate employee or department
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and office correspondence
- Perform administrative duties, including data entry, filing, scanning, copying, and document management
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and office activities
- Prepare and distribute emails, letters, notices, and other correspondence
- Maintain accurate records and update information in company systems
- Keep the reception area and shared office spaces clean, organized, and professional
- Provide clerical and administrative support to office staff as needed
- Protect confidential company, homeowner, client, and employee information
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of experience in a receptionist, administrative assistant, customer service, or front office role
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional telephone etiquette and customer service abilities
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in property management, homeowners associations, real estate, or a related professional office environment
- Experience communicating with homeowners, vendors, clients, or property management professionals
- Familiarity with property management software or office recordkeeping systems
Compensation
