Job Title: Receptionist
Location: Myrtle Beach, SC 29577
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Salary: $36,000 – $38,000 annually (DOE)
Position Summary
A well-established property management organization is seeking an outgoing, professional Receptionist to join its Myrtle Beach office. This role serves as the first point of contact for homeowners, vendors, and office visitors, and is essential to supporting daily administrative and customer service operations. The ideal candidate is dependable, team-oriented, and comfortable working in a professional office environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and route incoming calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
  • Greet homeowners, vendors, and visitors in a courteous and welcoming manner
  • Respond to general inquiries and direct requests to appropriate departments
  • Perform basic administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document management
  • Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and other clerical support as needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office area
  • Support office staff with day-to-day administrative needs to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist or front office role
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional demeanor and customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and maintain attention to detail
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
 

Compensation

$17 - $19 per hour
