Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Pool Monitor to help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming pool area for residents and guests. This is a non-lifeguard position. The Pool Monitor will observe pool area activity, provide courteous reminders of community guidelines, and report any safety concerns or incidents to the appropriate personnel.

Key Responsibilities

• Observe pool area activity to help promote a safe and respectful environment
• Remind residents and guests of community rules and guidelines as needed
• Walk the pool deck periodically in addition to stationary monitoring
• Report safety concerns, incidents, policy violations, or maintenance issues to designated personnel
• Maintain a professional, courteous, and attentive presence at all times
• Support overall cleanliness and organization of the pool area
• Follow all company and property safety procedures

Qualifications

• Comfortable working in and around a pool environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to interact professionally with residents, guests, and team members
• Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Reliable transportation to and from the worksite

Requirements

• Ability to work the assigned schedule consistently
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to stand, sit, and walk throughout the shift as needed
• Ability to meet pre-employment screening requirements, where permitted by law
