Job Overview

Alianza Staffing is hiring a Part-Time Bartender / Server / Food Runner for an upscale hospitality-style setting in Myrtle Beach, SC.

This is a part-time opportunity with the potential to become full-time or temp-to-hire based on performance, attendance, and business needs.

Pay & Tip Potential

This position pays from $10.00 per hour, plus tips. Tips may vary based on business volume, shift, assigned service area, and schedule. Estimated tips may average around $300 per week or more, though tips are not guaranteed.

Responsibilities

• Bartend in an outdoor bar or hospitality service area
• Serve residents and guests in a lounge, dining, or restaurant-style setting
• Run food from the kitchen to the dining area
• Take food and beverage orders as needed
• Assist with breakfast service when scheduled
• Provide friendly, polished, and professional customer service
• Keep service areas clean, organized, and ready for guests
• Assist with special events or schedule changes as needed
• Follow all food safety, alcohol service, and workplace guidelines

Schedule

Candidates must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays, plus two weekdays to be determined.

Possible shifts may include:

• 7:30 AM to 2:30 PM
• 4:30 PM to 8:30 PM
• 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Shifts may vary depending on business needs, events, and service activity.

Requirements

• Previous bartending, serving, food running, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred
• Professional, reliable, and customer-service focused
• Comfortable working in an upscale hospitality environment
• Strong communication skills
• Weekend availability required
• Flexible availability for varying shifts
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must follow all workplace safety, food handling, and alcohol service guidelines
