Job Overview
We are seeking dependable and experienced Painters to support interior painting projects for hotels and condos. This position is ideal for candidates with 1 to 3 years of painting experience who are comfortable working in occupied or commercial-style environments while maintaining professionalism, cleanliness, and attention to detail.

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for candidates who demonstrate reliability, quality workmanship, and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities
Perform interior painting for hotel and condo properties
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, patching, and priming as needed
Apply paint, stain, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, and related tools
Protect floors, furniture, fixtures, and surrounding areas before painting
Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout each project
Follow instructions from supervisors and complete assigned tasks efficiently
Inspect finished work to ensure quality and consistency
Safely handle painting materials, tools, and equipment
Follow all workplace safety guidelines and company procedures

Qualifications
1 to 3 years of painting experience preferred
Experience with interior painting in hotels, condos, apartments, or similar properties preferred
Ability to work 40 hours per week on 1st shift
Must be dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Ability to stand, bend, reach, climb, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
Ability to lift materials and equipment as needed
Must be able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Professional appearance and white uniform required

Work Environment
This position involves interior painting work in hotel and condo environments. Candidates may work around guests, residents, property staff, and other contractors, so professionalism and respect for the worksite are required at all times.
