Laundry Associate / Runner

Job Type: Seasonal, Part-Time
Location: Longs, SC
Schedule: Monday - Thursday 08am-04pm & Saturday 08am - Till Finish
Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and physically fit individual to fill a seasonal Laundry Associate / Runner position. This role supports daily operations by transporting materials and assisting within the laundry facility. The ideal candidate is dependable, works at a fast pace, and is comfortable performing physically demanding tasks in a team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Ride with company staff to deliver linen bags to various vacation homes and beach properties
  • Transport laundry and supplies between designated locations as needed
  • Assist in the laundry facility with:
    • Sorting laundry
    • Operating washers and dryers
    • Folding linens and placing them into bags
  • Load, unload, and carry linen bags weighing up to 40 lbs onto delivery trucks
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
  • Assist with additional duties as seasonal business demands increase
Schedule & Work Environment
  • Monday through Thursday schedule with rotating responsibilities
  • Off Friday and Sunday
  • Saturday deliveries are required for all North Carolina beach routes
  • Delivery routes may include beaches throughout North Carolina, with travel times averaging approximately 45 minutes
  • Hours may vary depending on seasonal demand and workload
  • Overtime may be available during peak season
Requirements
  • Must be able to lift and carry bags weighing up to 40 lbs regularly
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and follow directions
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Valid driver’s license preferred
  • Candidates of any build are encouraged to apply, provided they are physically capable of handling the lifting requirements
  • Comfortable working in non-temperature regulated environment
