Field Manager – Landscaping

Location: Longs, SC
Job Type: Full-Time | In-Person
Pay: $52,000 – $57,000 per year (based on experience)

Job Overview

We are hiring an experienced Field Manager to lead daily operations within our growing Landscape Maintenance Division. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with experience managing landscape crews, outdoor operations, and production schedules.

The Field Manager will oversee multiple crews, coordinate routes and service timelines, and help ensure high-quality work is completed safely and efficiently. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team and play a key role in operational success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support 3–4 landscape maintenance crews in daily field operations
  • Coordinate schedules, routing, and job assignments to meet service timelines
  • Monitor work to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met
  • Conduct routine site visits to evaluate productivity, efficiency, and workmanship
  • Promote and enforce company safety policies and safe work practices
  • Track labor hours, production metrics, and complete daily reports to maintain accurate records
  • Support employee onboarding, training, and performance development
  • Communicate with field teams, leadership, and clients to support operations and resolve concerns
  • Ensure proper use and care of company vehicles, equipment, and tools

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in landscape maintenance, lawn care, or field operations management preferred
  • Experience supervising crews in a fast-paced, production-driven environment preferred
  • Knowledge of scheduling, routing, and job costing processes is a plus
  • Basic to intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel or similar tracking tools
  • Experience with landscape management software (e.g., Aspire, LMN, or similar) preferred
  • Familiarity with workplace safety practices and equipment operation
  • Ability to read and interpret job specifications or landscape plans is a plus
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
  • Valid driver’s license required

Pre-Employment Requirements

  • Must be able to complete a background check, motor vehicle record (MVR) review, and drug screening, where permitted by applicable law
