An established property management company is seeking a dependable and motivated Maintenance Associate to join our team. This position supports multiple properties and works closely with management to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve maintenance issues. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and troubleshoot maintenance issues, including plumbing, HVAC, and minor electrical repairs
• Perform minor repairs, including small electrical repairs (switches, outlets, light fixtures, etc.)
• Determine when HVAC issues require professional service and coordinate with approved vendors for repairs
• Coordinate with outside vendors for larger repairs (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.)
• Assist in maintaining clean and orderly properties, including janitorial duties such as sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and general common-area upkeep
• Complete general facilities and residential maintenance tasks
• Provide professional and courteous service to tenants and clients
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Skills & Experience

• Experience troubleshooting plumbing, HVAC systems, and performing minor electrical repairs
• Ability to assess maintenance issues and recognize when vendor support is required
• Some prior janitorial or custodial experience preferred
• Prior experience at resorts, apartment communities, or similar properties encouraged
• General maintenance knowledge across multiple trades
• Strong communication skills when working with office staff and residents
• Outgoing, customer-service-oriented attitude
• Dependable team player seeking long-term employment
