Job Summary
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our team in Myrtle Beach, SC. This position includes seasonal and temp-to-hire opportunities, with the potential for long-term placement based on performance and business needs. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and welcoming environment for guests. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has strong communication skills, and can work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to established standards
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish towels and toiletries
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust assigned areas
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns promptly
- Ensure all rooms meet cleanliness and presentation standards before guest arrival
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
- Provide friendly and professional interactions with guests when needed
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred, but not required
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Must have great communication skills
