Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:45 AM to 5:00 PM or 10:45 AM to 7:00 PM
Pay: $17.00 per hour

Job Summary
We are seeking a professional, compassionate, and detail-oriented Health Care Customer Service Rep to join our healthcare contact center team. As the first point of contact for members, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service by assisting with appointment scheduling, verifying information, answering questions, and ensuring a positive patient experience.
The ideal candidate is comfortable speaking on the phone throughout the day, navigating multiple computer systems, documenting interactions accurately, and handling sensitive healthcare-related conversations with professionalism and confidentiality. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to member inquiries in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.
- Assist patients and members with scheduling healthcare and preventive care appointments.
- Verify and update member information while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
- Provide accurate information regarding healthcare services, appointments, and available programs.
- Document all customer interactions, updates, and follow-up actions in the appropriate systems.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Assess member needs, provide appropriate solutions, and escalate complex concerns when necessary.
- Address questions and concerns with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
- Follow established call scripts, workflows, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect confidential patient information at all times.
- Navigate multiple systems simultaneously while managing customer interactions efficiently.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, quality standards, and productivity goals.
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to continuously improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Deliver a positive, supportive, and professional experience during every interaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous customer service, call center, healthcare support, or patient services experience is a plus.
