Shift Options:
- 1st Shift: Monday – Thursday | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday | 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM
Pay: $13.00 – $15.00 per hour (based on shift)

We are seeking dependable General Labor Associates to support production and warehouse operations in Monroe, NC. This role involves handling materials, assisting with production processes, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks in a warehouse or production environment
- Sort, pack, and prepare materials or finished products for shipment
- Operate basic equipment and machinery (training provided)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
- Lift, move, and organize materials as needed
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Previous warehouse or production experience is a plus, but not required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
