Pay: Starting at $18.00 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Job Type: Full-Time
Overtime: Regular overtime and occasional Saturday work may be required depending on project schedules and business needs.

We are looking for an experienced Pool Construction Crew Member to join a hardworking construction team specializing in swimming pool and spa projects throughout the Myrtle Beach area.

Previous hands-on swimming pool construction or installation experience is required. We are looking for someone who understands what it takes to work on an active pool construction site and can contribute from day one.

This is a hands-on, physically active position involving excavation, grading, plumbing support, concrete work, material handling, equipment setup, site preparation, and general pool construction.

What You'll Do

• Assist with the construction and installation of swimming pools and spas from start to finish.
• Perform site preparation, digging, trenching, grading, excavation, and cleanup.
• Assist with pool plumbing, concrete preparation, framing, backfilling, and other construction phases.
• Load, unload, move, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment within your level of training and authorization.
• Assist experienced pool technicians and crew leaders with daily project tasks.
• Help prepare job sites before construction and maintain organized work areas throughout each project.
• Travel with the crew to different job sites throughout the workday.
• Follow construction plans, supervisor instructions, and established safety procedures.
• Inspect and maintain tools and equipment before and after use.
• Operate company vehicles when authorized.
• Help keep job sites clean, professional, and safe.
• Perform additional pool construction and general labor duties as needed.

What We're Looking For

Required

• Previous swimming pool construction or pool installation experience.
• Hands-on experience working on active construction sites.
• Valid driver's license.
• Clean and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely operate basic hand and power tools.
• Reliable transportation to the designated reporting location.
• Ability to work outdoors and perform physically demanding construction work.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work overtime and occasional Saturdays when required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a construction crew.

Preferred

• Experience with pool excavation, grading, plumbing, concrete, decking, framing, or equipment installation.
• General construction, landscaping, hardscape, or excavation experience.
• Familiarity with pool construction tools, materials, and job-site procedures.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.

Physical Requirements

This is a physically demanding, outdoor construction position. Candidates must be able to:

• Lift, carry, push, and pull construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Frequently bend, kneel, squat, climb, reach, and perform repetitive movements.
• Work around excavation areas, construction materials, and active equipment.
• Work outdoors in changing weather conditions, including heat, humidity, and direct sunlight.
• Safely perform physical construction duties throughout the workday.
