Mover / Driver (Home Every Night!)

Job Description

We are seeking dependable and motivated Mover/Drivers to join our growing team. This role combines hands-on moving work, customer interaction, and light leadership responsibilities. If you enjoy staying active, working with a team, and providing excellent service—this is the job for you.

Responsibilities

Moving & Operations

• Pack small items securely into boxes
• Document and inventory items throughout the move process
• Pad-wrap and protect large furniture and equipment
• Load and unload items at warehouses and customer residences

Customer Service

• Maintain a positive, professional, and helpful attitude
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers
• Treat customer belongings with care and attention
• Contribute to a supportive and team-oriented work environment

Leadership & Communication

• Follow instructions and company procedures
• Lead and coordinate teams of 2–3 movers when needed
• Ensure daily productivity and job goals are met

Safety & Driving

• Safely operate a 26’ box truck or flatbed (automatic transmission)
• Complete daily vehicle and trip reports
• Maintain a safe, efficient, and organized worksite

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license-(3yrs)
• Clean criminal background required
• Driving Record background required
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects repeatedly
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent teamwork and organizational abilities
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible with work hours

• Day shift only
• Monday through Friday
• No nights or weekends

• Dress code: Casual with closed-toe shoes
