Position Title: Dishwasher / Utility Worker
Location: Myrtle Beach, SC 29572
Shift: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour
Schedule: Evening shift, weekends and holidays may be required

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable Dishwasher for a fast-paced restaurant environment in Myrtle Beach, SC. This position is responsible for maintaining dishwashing operations, supporting kitchen cleanliness, removing trash, and assisting with closing duties at the end of the night.

The ideal candidate is reliable, hard-working, team-oriented, and comfortable working in a busy kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, trays, and kitchen equipment
• Keep the dish area clean, organized, and running efficiently
• Remove trash and dispose of waste properly
• Sweep, mop, and clean floors at the end of the shift
• Assist with general kitchen cleaning and sanitation duties
• Maintain cleanliness in assigned kitchen and dishwashing areas
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
• Support cooks and kitchen staff during service as needed
• Occasionally assist on the kitchen line with basic support tasks when needed
• Complete closing duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Previous dishwashing, restaurant, or kitchen experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work the scheduled 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM shift
• Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to assist with cleaning, trash removal, floors, and occasional kitchen support
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays as scheduled

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout the shift
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull kitchen items, trash, and dish racks as needed
• Ability to work around hot water, cleaning supplies, wet floors, and kitchen equipment
• Ability to perform essential job duties with or without reasonable accommodation
