Location: Longs, SC / Coastal Beach Areas

Pay: Starting at $15.00 per hour
Performance-based increases available

• Saturday: 8:30 AM – Until Route Completion
• Additional weekday hours may be available based on business needs within the laundry facility

Job Summary

We are seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join our team as Bed Setup Associates. This position supports vacation rental properties throughout coastal beach communities by preparing beds with freshly laundered linens prior to guest arrivals.

This is not a housekeeping or cleaning position. Associates are responsible for making beds, ensuring linens are properly fitted, and maintaining company presentation standards. Most hours will be worked on Saturdays; however, additional weekday hours may be available assisting within the laundry facility.

Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, traveling between multiple work locations, and working both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Travel to vacation rental properties throughout the Holden Beach, Ocean Isle Beach, and Sunset Beach areas
• Make and prepare beds using freshly laundered linens
• Ensure linens are properly fitted and meet company presentation standards
• Work efficiently to complete multiple properties throughout the day
• Ride with company staff or drive a company vehicle when assigned
• Assist with loading and unloading linen bags as needed
• Assist with sorting, organizing, folding, preparing, and staging linens within the laundry facility as needed
• Maintain professionalism while working within customer properties
• Follow all company procedures and safety guidelines

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license may be required for associates assigned driving responsibilities
• Ability to report to work as scheduled
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Employment is contingent upon successfully completing all pre-employment requirements, including background screening and drug testing, where permitted by applicable law

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds as needed
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and climbing stairs
• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the workday
