Job Title: Bakery Assistant (Part-Time)

Location: Holden Beach, NC 28462

Pay: $12.00 per hour

Schedule: Flexible Part-Time | Approximately 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM | Weekend Availability Required

Job Summary

We're looking for a dependable Bakery Assistant to help bake and prepare fresh products for our customers. This is a hands-on role focused on baking pre-prepared items, monitoring product quality, and maintaining a clean work area. No scratch baking experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for someone interested in bakery work or looking for a flexible part-time position.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake pre-made bakery products according to established procedures and schedules.

• Monitor baking times, temperatures, and product appearance to ensure quality standards are met.

• Assist with stocking and organizing bakery items as needed.

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of baking equipment and work areas.

• Follow food safety and workplace safety procedures.

• Work weekends and flexible hours based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Previous bakery, kitchen, food service, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

• Ability to follow instructions and pay close attention to detail.

• Dependable and punctual with a positive attitude.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light to moderate physical tasks.

• Weekend availability required.
