Position Summary

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Assemblers to join our production team in the Statesville, NC area. This role involves assembling wood components and finished products while meeting quality, safety, and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble wood components and finished products using hand and power tools
• Read and follow work orders, blueprints, and assembly instructions
• Measure, cut, align, and fasten materials according to specifications
• Inspect completed products to ensure quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety guidelines and company policies
• Meet daily production and performance goals
• Assist with other production or warehouse tasks as needed

Schedule

• 1st & 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday
• Overtime: Available on Saturdays based on production needs

Compensation & Opportunities

Qualifications & Requirements

• Reliable transportation to and from the job site
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic experience with hand tools preferred (training provided)
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Dependable, punctual, and safety-minded
• Able to pass pre-employment screening requirements
