What You’ll Do:

• Assemble wood components using tools & measurements
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Inspect finished assemblies for quality and accuracy
• Keep your work area safe & organized
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets

What You'll Need:

• Tape measure skills & tool know-how
• Previous experience in truss assembly preferred.
• Ability to lift 60+ lbs and stay active all shift
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Commitment to safety and teamwork
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a plus!
• Reliable transportation & solid attendance
