Pay: Starting at $17.00/hour (DOE)
Shift: Friday – Sunday | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

This position supports Press Brake Operators by assisting with machine setup, material handling, quality inspections, and production tasks to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality finished products. Essential Responsibilities

• Assist Press Brake Operators with machine setup and production.
• Load and unload sheet metal and finished parts from press brake equipment.
• Position materials according to work instructions and production requirements.
• Perform visual inspections and use basic measuring tools to verify part quality.
• Stack, label, and prepare completed parts for the next stage of production.
• Keep workstations stocked with materials and maintain production flow.
• Assist with tooling changes and machine changeovers as directed.
• Report equipment malfunctions, damaged materials, or quality concerns to supervision.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Perform other production-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience in metal fabrication or operating manufacturing equipment is a plus.
• Ability to read basic work instructions and use measuring tools such as a tape measure.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn press brake operations.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift.
• Ability to safely handle sheet metal while wearing required PPE.
• Ability to work around manufacturing equipment in a production environment.
