2nd Shift Warehouse Associate

Location: Rock Hill, SC
Shift: 2nd Shift
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 2:30 PM – 1:00 AM, with occasional Fridays as needed
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Position Summary

We are seeking dependable and motivated Warehouse Associates for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Rock Hill, SC. This position is responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards.

The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a physically active warehouse setting.

Essential Job Duties

Receiving & Inventory

• Receive and inspect inbound shipments for accuracy and damage
• Compare shipment counts to manifests and report discrepancies
• Label, tag, and organize inventory as needed
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory control procedures
• Maintain proper product rotation and storage practices

Order Picking & Shipping

• Pick and prepare customer orders accurately
• Transport products using pallet jacks or other warehouse equipment
• Verify outgoing shipments for quantity and accuracy
• Prepare orders for shipment and complete required documentation

General Warehouse Duties

• Utilize handheld RF scanners and warehouse technology
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Assist with repacking, pallet repair, and other warehouse support tasks
• Crosstrain in multiple warehouse functions as needed
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts is a plus
• Basic math and counting skills
• Ability to read labels and follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to work overtime and occasional Fridays as needed
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings consistent with applicable laws

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures and noise levels
