Job Overview
We are seeking a dependable and experienced Security Guard to join our team. This position plays a key role in maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for residents and guests during evening hours. The ideal candidate is alert, professional, and comfortable working independently.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Monitor common areas, including hallways, entrances, and shared spaces
  2. Conduct routine patrols of the property, including the parking lot and pool area
  3. Enforce property rules and report any violations or suspicious activity
  4. Greet residents and guests in a friendly and professional manner
  5. Assist at the front desk when needed, including verifying guest identification or name tags
  6. Remain on foot for extended periods while patrolling the premises
  7. Document incidents and communicate concerns to management as needed
Qualifications
  1. 1–2 years of security experience preferred
  2. No security certifications required
  3. Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
  4. Excellent communication and customer service skills
  5. Ability to work independently and remain alert during evening shifts
  6. Reliable transportation
  7. Valid driver’s license
Requirements
  1. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  2. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
