Job Summary

We are seeking dependable and experienced Assemblers to join a production team in Gastonia, NC. This position is ideal for candidates with previous construction, manufacturing, or assembly experience who are comfortable working with hand tools, power tools, saws, measuring tape, and heavy-duty hammers.

The Assembler will be responsible for building, assembling, measuring, cutting, and preparing materials according to production standards while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assemble materials and components according to work orders, drawings, and production instructions.

Use hand tools, power tools, saws, measuring tape, and other equipment safely and accurately.

Measure, cut, align, and fasten materials to meet required specifications.

Use a 22-ounce hammer or heavier as part of daily assembly duties.

Inspect completed work to ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and supervisor instructions.

Assist with loading, unloading, moving, and organizing materials as needed.

Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications

Previous experience in construction, carpentry, manufacturing, assembly, or a similar hands-on role is required.

Experience using power tools, saws, measuring tape, and heavy-duty hammers is required.

Ability to read measurements accurately and follow instructions.

Ability to stand, bend, lift, carry, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.

Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Reliable attendance and transportation are required.

Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as needed.

Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.

Must be able to use tools and equipment safely for the duration of the shift.

Must be able to perform repetitive movements, including bending, reaching, gripping, and hammering.
