Job Overview

We are hiring a Pallet Repair Associate to inspect and repair damaged wooden pallets. This position involves removing damaged wood planks, installing replacement boards, and safely operating a nail gun and other basic tools.

Responsibilities

• Inspect wooden pallets for damaged or missing boards.
• Remove broken or damaged wood planks.
• Install replacement boards on wooden pallets.
• Safely operate a nail gun and basic hand tools.
• Stack and organize repaired pallets.
• Inspect completed pallets for quality and safety.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and supervisor instructions.
• Assist with other warehouse or general labor duties as needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience using a nail gun is required.
• Pallet repair, construction, carpentry, or manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Ability to safely work with wooden materials and hand tools.
• Ability to lift, carry, bend, stand, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation.
• Must successfully complete a six-panel drug screening.
• Must meet background check requirements.
• Must complete Form I-9 and E-Verify requirements.

Dress Code and PPE

• Work boots are required. Steel-toe boots are not required.
• Jeans and T-shirts are permitted.
• No open-toe shoes or flip-flops.
• No shorts.
• No loose or baggy clothing.

Weekly pay is provided. No interview is required for this position.
