General Labor – First Shift Location:

Monroe, NC

Job Type: Full-Time Shift: First Shift (Monday to Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM)

Pay Rate: $13.00 per hour

Job Summary We are seeking dependable General Labor Associates to support production and warehouse operations in Monroe, NC.

This role involves handling materials, assisting with production processes, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Responsibilities

1 Perform general labor tasks in a warehouse or production setting

2 Sort, pack, and prepare materials or finished products for shipment

3 Operate basic equipment and machinery (training provided)

4 Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area

5 Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

6 Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met

7 Lift, move, and organize materials as needed

8 Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals

Qualifications

1 Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods

2 Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation

3 Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team

4 Reliable attendance and punctuality

5 Previous warehouse or production experience is helpful but not required
