1st Shift Driver Helper

Location: Sanford, NC 27322
Starting Pay: $17- $18.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - Finish

Position Summary

Join our team as a Driver Helper and assist with delivering doors, windows, and other building materials to residential and commercial job sites. This is a physically demanding position requiring frequent lifting of 80+ lbs throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Assist the driver with daily deliveries.
• Load and unload doors, windows, and building materials.
• Safely lift, move, and transport materials weighing 80+ lbs.
• Use carts and proper lifting techniques to move products safely.
• Organize and secure materials for transportation.
• Obtain customer delivery signatures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to frequently lift 80+ lbs throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic with reliable attendance.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Previous warehouse, delivery, moving, or construction experience is a plus, but not required.
• Reliable transportation is required.
