1st Shift Assembler
Location: Kings Mountain, NC area
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday 7am-4:30pm
Overtime: Opportunity for Saturday overtime
Pay Rate: $15.00/hour
Incentive: Opportunity for production-based pay in the future
Position Summary
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Assemblers to join a 1st shift production team in the Kings Mountain, NC area. This role involves assembling wood components and finished products while meeting quality, safety, and productivity standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble wood components and finished products using hand and power tools
- Read and follow work orders, blueprints, and assembly instructions
- Measure, cut, align, and fasten materials according to specifications
- Inspect completed products to ensure quality and accuracy
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety guidelines and company policies
- Meet daily production and performance goals
- Assist with other production or warehouse tasks as needed
Qualifications & Requirements
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Basic experience with hand tools preferred (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Dependable, punctual, and safety-minded
- Able to pass pre-employment screening requirements
