Position Summary

We are seeking dependable and hardworking Assemblers / Lumber Stackers to join a fast-paced manufacturing and production environment in Johnsonville, SC. This position involves working with wood products, assembling materials, stacking lumber, and supporting daily production operations.The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, reliable, and comfortable performing physical labor in an active industrial setting.

Essential Job Duties

• Assemble wood components and materials according to production specifications
• Stack, organize, and move lumber throughout the facility
• Use hand tools, including hammers, safely and efficiently
• Inspect materials for quality and report defects or concerns
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Assist team members and supervisors with additional production tasks as needed
• Meet daily production and attendance expectations

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, construction, or lumber experience preferred
• Experience working with hand tools is a plus
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong reliability and attendance required
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work
• Steel toe boots required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, carry, and move lumber and materials throughout the shift
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods
• Comfortable working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and production noise

Location: Johnsonville, SC
Pay: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour
Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
